What you'll do

• Design tailored integrations, including API connections, SSO, and ERP
• help enterprise clients transition digital storefronts to headless commerce using vivenu APIs
• lead technical workshops to gather requirements and create scalable blueprints
• align client expectations with platform capabilities
• serve as an internal escalation point for complex post-sales technical questions
• use scripting, AI tools, and proof-of-concepts to validate data flows
• develop integration templates and technical materials.
