What you'll do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, hydronic, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Develop and refine preventive maintenance procedures.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors and maintain detailed maintenance records.
