Staffing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain schedules for resident-care staff
• monitor schedules daily and secure replacements as needed
• perform clerical and telephone duties
• inform Human Resources of direct-care hiring needs
• assist new hires with paperwork and employee badges
• maintain positive communication and working relationships with staff
• take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Executive Director and Director of Nursing.
