What you'll do

• apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value-stream mapping
• analyze operational data
• partner with manufacturing and operations leaders
• train and coach employees
• establish and monitor KPIs
• present progress and recommendations to leadership
• support multiple shifts as needed
• promote safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
