What you'll do

• Manage technical service cases from initiation through resolution and record case information
• reproduce and troubleshoot issues on vehicles
• follow up with dealers and customers by phone and email
• document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM
• manage customer accounts and service requests
• coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• identify process improvements
• stay current on product features, updates, and industry trends.
