What you'll do

• Assist with safe and accurate medication administration in accordance with regulations, facility policies, and physician orders
• complete scheduled medication passes
• document administration and related information in eMAR
• assist residents with assigned activities of daily living
• observe and report changes in condition or medication response
• communicate with nursing and caregiving teams
• follow medication storage and safety procedures.
