What you'll do

• Operate and set up multiple machines according to standard procedures
• report malfunctions and minor repair needs
• inspect machines and support preventive maintenance
• check finished products against specifications
• train and mentor operators
• load and unload materials
• maintain production logs and a clean work area
• follow safety procedures
• assist with process improvements and shift supervisor tasks.
