What you'll do

• Represent sponsors in fund formation, structuring, fundraising, and investor negotiations
• advise on open-end and closed-end funds
• lead fundraising processes
• draft and negotiate offering documents, partnership agreements, side letters, and co-investment documents
• address legal and regulatory matters
• coordinate fund closings
• review disclosures and investor communications
• monitor legal developments
• collaborate across practices
• supervise and mentor junior associates.
