What you'll do

• Perform repair, remodeling, and improvement work including carpentry, siding and gutter work, drywall and patching, painting, flooring and tiling, cabinetry and countertops, and minor plumbing and electrical work
• maintain grounds and keep sidewalks and drives clear of hazards, debris, snow, ice, and leaves
• provide 24-hour availability for maintenance emergencies
• treat residents, visitors, and team members with respect
• maintain reliable transportation.
