What you'll do

• Supervise coworkers, delegate tasks, and monitor performance
• support training and communicate coaching needs
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food preparation follows cooking, safety, and sanitation procedures
• handle guest concerns
• oversee cleaning and opening or closing activities
• complete paperwork and checklists
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned.
