• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment, including built-up systems, package units, boilers, chillers, and controls
• perform preventive maintenance
• explain issues and solutions to customers
• verify systems meet safety and operating standards
• mentor junior technicians
• coordinate service projects
• complete service reports
• and maintain the service vehicle.
