• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• identify repair needs
• perform general automotive repairs and maintenance
• complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• communicate findings to Service Advisors
• follow dealership repair procedures and quality standards
• maintain an organized work area
• service a primarily domestic vehicle mix.
