Leasing & Experience Consultant II

The Leasing & Experience Consultant II role is onsite in Fremont, CA, with target pay of $26.88 per hour plus leasing commission. The role supports Camden, a 192-unit community operated by Prime Residential, which owns and operates multifamily apartments and townhomes. As a customer-service ambassador on the onsite property management team, the consultant builds relationships with prospective and current residents and supports leasing, move-ins, resident services, and community operations. The work contributes to leasing goals and resident satisfaction through responsive service, accurate administration, and coordination with property teams.

What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospective residents
• present the community and amenities
• respond to calls, emails, and texts
• follow up with prospects
• assist with lease applications and move-ins
• support resident relationship-building and events
• route service requests
• maintain leasing records and CRM entries
• conduct market surveys
• help maintain office, clubhouse, model, and vacant-unit presentation
• support leasing team training and operational standards.
