The Injection Molding Operator role is onsite in Cypress, TX. Compensation is not specified. The operator supports production at Drake Plastics, a high-tech plastics manufacturer serving aircraft, space, energy, semiconductor, defense, and medical customers.

What you'll do

• Operate injection molding and secondary-operation equipment to production schedules and quality requirements
• clean and finish parts by hand
• complete and document quality inspections at required AQL intervals
• support production targets while minimizing material loss and downtime
• maintain an organized work area
• assist Lead Technicians with setup, maintenance, and teardown
• and participate in cross-training. Schedules may include 8–12-hour shifts on first, second, or third shift based on production needs.
