The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Mooresville, NC, with pay of $18–$21 per hour. QA1’s Detroit Speed & Engineering team supports high-performance products for motorsports and industrial markets. This role keeps customer shipments timely and accurate by picking, packing, and verifying orders while supporting inventory and warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Pick materials using forklifts or other material-handling equipment
• package and palletize orders
• load and unload trucks
• replenish production and warehouse stock
• support cycle counts
• process incoming orders and returns
• verify picked items for accuracy and condition
• assist with team orientation and cross-training
• escalate issues to leadership.

Why this role

Forklift experience required or willingness to obtain an operator license; high school diploma or GED required. Schedule options: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
