What you'll do

• Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• serve as the primary HR resource for leaders, managers, and employees
• oversee recruitment and onboarding
• coordinate workforce planning with department managers
• ensure employment-law compliance and maintain personnel and compliance records
• address employee concerns and conduct workplace investigations
• oversee benefits and leave administration and coordinate payroll data
• support safety initiatives and required training
• guide HR staff and employee development.
