• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll.
• Configure and deploy Employee Central solutions.
• Manage SAP BTP and CPI integrations.
• Evaluate and deploy AI capabilities like SAP Joule.
• Govern role-based permissions and data privacy compliance.
• Manage vendor and integrator relationships.
