What you'll do

• Provide nutrition care and education to PACE participants
• evaluate nutritional status, develop and implement care plans, assess nutrient requirements, recommend nutrition prescriptions, and evaluate tolerance and effectiveness. Communicate nutrition information to physicians and other health professionals, oversee center dining services, and supervise the Dietary Services Coordinator.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from an accredited institution approved by ACENT and registration as an RDN or RD. A master’s degree and experience with older adults or clinical dietetics are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
