Container Closure Integrity Testing Technical Lead

The Container Closure Integrity Testing Technical Lead role is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, with a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 per year and eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary. DDL provides specialized testing services to medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods companies, including package and product safety testing. This role establishes and leads regulated CCIT laboratory operations, providing technical direction on methods, validation, routine testing, and compliance. It also develops staff and supports clients and industry partners to deliver high-quality analytical services.

What you'll do

• Establish and manage CCIT laboratory operations
• develop strategies and methods aligned with USP <1207> and regulatory guidance
• oversee method development, validation, and routine testing
• lead audits
• review protocols, reports, deviations, and CAPA investigations
• support continuous improvement and client proposals
• interpret results and author technical documentation
• collaborate with QA and regulatory teams
• train and mentor technical staff.
