• Monitor workflow, productivity, and customer service
• support title team standards and client objectives
• lead staff and team leads in following firm policies
• provide backup for title review, curative, and ancillary title functions as needed
• develop training guides and work instructions
• analyze reports and performance logs
• conduct audits and client scorecard reviews
• meet contractual timelines
• onboard and train staff
• handle escalations
• administer performance improvement plans
• review payroll and PTO
• conduct annual assessments
• analyze case-management sequences
• participate in document-template testing.
