What you'll do

• Install, operate, and maintain video conferencing equipment
• provide event planning packages as requested, including test plans, engineering assessments, configuration drawings, and accreditation documentation as required
• provide VTC and audiovisual operational support and facilitation
• maintain hardware, software, and peripherals
• track maintenance in the incident management tool
• follow Information Assurance guidance
• troubleshoot collaboration and business application incidents
• perform preventive maintenance
• execute configuration management procedures
• maintain MDA collaboration systems and associated equipment
• coordinate, integrate, test, and accept future services and equipment
• manage COMSEC materials and maintain accountability of electronic keying material and controlled equipment
• prepare and submit DIACAP supporting documentation.

Why this role
