What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and direct them to staff or departments
• answer and route calls, take messages, return voicemails, and monitor the call dashboard
• assist clients, caregivers, families, and medical supply customers
• schedule and update appointments
• organize documents and maintain electronic and paper records
• distribute incoming communications
• assist with medical supply store operations and office supplies
• keep shared spaces organized
• use standard office equipment and software
• protect confidential information and assist with management-assigned projects.
