Practice Manager (medical office manager)

The Practice Manager will:. Interview and hire new staff; coach, counsel, and motivate staff; conduct performance evaluations and monitor and address staff performance issues. Provide and promote an environment which ensures quality work based on established standards. Act as a liaison for medical, office, phone and computer equipment maintenance.
