Business Analyst - Retirement Systems Implementation

The Business Analyst - Retirement Systems Implementation is a remote contract role based in Springfield, IL, with an hourly pay range of $75 - $105. This position supports the consulting services team at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS). This role exists to manage the implementation and completion of a complex retirement administration system initiative. The analyst assesses project plans, identifies risks, and drives execution through the remaining implementation phases, working within an established PMO structure.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned project activities through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and project close-out.
• Quickly assess existing project plans, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and outstanding work.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Partner with existing project management and PMO resources to coordinate activities.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, technical, and software implementation teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and drive follow-through on commitments.
• Identify, track, escalate, and facilitate resolution of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
