Registered Nurse — Home Health

Job overview

The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Carmel, IN, with compensation of $35–$50 per hour. Mercy And Empathy Home Care provides patient care in a home health setting. The nurse develops and delivers individualized care, monitors patient needs, and works with a multidisciplinary team to support health and well-being. Patient and family education and advocacy help patients participate in managing their health and care plans.

What you'll do

• Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications and treatments using safety protocols
• provide direct care including wound care, telemetry monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities
• educate patients and families about health management, medication use, and lifestyle changes
• advocate for patient needs and preferences
• supervise home health aides.

Why this role

A current Indiana RN license and BLS certification are required. A BSN or ADN with relevant experience is accepted; home health or community health experience, wound care certification, and EHR knowledge are preferred.
