Maintenance Lead — Chemical Plant

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the lead directs day-to-day maintenance planning and execution, provides technical leadership to maintenance technicians, and partners with Operations, Engineering, and HSE. The role supports safe plant operations by improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and coordinating maintenance work and reliability improvements.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and execute maintenance activities, outages, and shutdowns
• direct maintenance technicians
• oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• manage maintenance safety performance, budgets, and metrics
• identify reliability improvements
• support capital projects, installations, and commissioning
• manage critical spare parts and MRO inventory
• coordinate contractors
• maintain equipment documentation
• provide hands-on troubleshooting support.
