What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• assess and monitor the patient’s condition and communicate changes with the care team
• administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• maintain accurate documentation
• educate and support families
• follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.

Three listed schedules: Saturday and Sunday 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m. in Cadet; Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. in Desloge; and Monday–Friday 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. plus every other Saturday and Sunday 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. in Tiff. Night and weekend differentials are listed as $2.00 per hour for specified shifts.
