Restaurant Shift Leader

The Restaurant Shift Leader role is onsite in Saint Cloud, MN, with stated pay of $18–$21 per hour. The position supports restaurant operations and guest service at the St. Cloud location. The Shift Leader coordinates team members and daily shift activities to keep restaurant operations aligned with the business plan, maintain service and safety standards, and support guest satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Supervise team members and delegate tasks
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food preparation follows cooking, safety, and sanitation requirements
• address guest concerns
• maintain cleanliness
• train team members
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete administrative duties and opening or closing activities as directed.
