The Caregiver, In-Home Care role is onsite in Washburn, TN, with opportunities to work with clients throughout Tennessee. Compensation is $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, including private-pay clients and people served through VA and CHOICES programs. The caregiver assists clients with daily living and personal care, supports mobility and routines, and helps maintain a safe home environment. The role follows individualized care plans and reports changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands and assist with daily routines
• follow individualized client care plans
• maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
