What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Care Process
• provide safe, family-centered care in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• may supervise and delegate tasks to other care team members
• maintain required Washington State RN licensure and BLS or accepted equivalent
• obtain and maintain PALS within three months of employment.

Why this role

Personalized orientation and training are available for nurses transitioning from adult populations; PICU training may last 10 weeks or more. Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available to eligible experienced pediatric ICU RNs.
