Field Service and Support Technician

The Field Service and Support Technician role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with pay of $25–$29 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software
• install, configure, and maintain products
• perform preventive maintenance and updates
• document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
• train casino personnel
• stage, configure, and test equipment before deployment
• support shipping, receiving, inventory coordination, and deployment logistics
• maintain service-call and repair records.
