Reporting to the Community Manager, this role supports daily property operations across fiscal management, compliance, facilities, risk management, and resident relations. The work helps maintain the properties and coordinate responsive services for residents and community partners.

What you'll do

• Schedule income-verification appointments
• prepare and process leases
• maintain housing waitlists
• assist with recertifications and compliance reviews
• issue notices and coordinate vacancies and turnovers
• assist with rent collection, deposits, petty cash, and bank deposits
• inspect property and identify maintenance or security issues
• coordinate maintenance inspections and work orders
• maintain confidential files
• communicate emergency-preparedness procedures and coordinate resident meetings.
