• Monitor daily mechanical operations across campuses
• configure, program, and customize control systems
• troubleshoot integration issues

• repair and maintain HVAC and related equipment
• create valve and actuator schedules
• download and adjust building automation programs
• perform functional checks
• work within approved budgets and implement cost-saving measures
• follow safety procedures.
