What you'll do

• Perform chiropractic procedures as necessary
• assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• develop individualized treatment plans
• use evidence-based treatment approaches and therapeutic interventions
• educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise, injury prevention, and wellness
• maintain timely EHR records and document medical necessity to CMS standards
• facilitate referrals
• comply with organizational policies, professional standards, and regulations.

Why this role

Requires a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, active Arizona chiropractic license, and successful completion of applicable National Board examinations. Spanish is preferred but not required; community health center experience is a plus, and Medicare credentialing is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
