What you'll do

• Assist veterinarians with emergency and critical care cases
• triage and assess patients
• collect diagnostic samples
• place and maintain IV catheters
• administer medications and fluids
• monitor anesthesia and assist with emergency procedures
• perform venipuncture and laboratory testing
• obtain radiographs
• monitor hospitalized and ICU patients
• document care
• prepare treatment areas and equipment
• support CPR and other emergency procedures.
