The Commercial Insurance Account Manager role is in person in Houston, TX, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with remote work also mentioned as available. Pay is $24.00 per hour, plus a performance-based quarterly bonus that is not guaranteed. The role supports commercial insurance accounts at Texas Insurance Agency. The account manager maintains and services an assigned book of commercial accounts to support client retention and producers. The work includes managing renewals, processing policy changes, issuing certificates, coordinating premium audits, reviewing coverage and accuracy, communicating with carriers and wholesalers, maintaining account records, and assisting with quotes, submissions, and client follow-up. An active Texas Property & Casualty license and fluent English and Spanish are required.

What you'll do

• Manage renewals for an assigned book of commercial accounts
• process endorsements and policy changes
• issue certificates of insurance
• coordinate premium audits with clients and carriers
• review policies for accuracy and coverage
• communicate with carriers and wholesalers about quotes, changes, and service issues
• maintain account documentation and Agency Matrix/CRM records
• support client retention
• assist producers with quoting, submissions, and client follow-up.
