What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff
• assist the Community Manager with staffing activities
• teach staff skills
• maintain a safe work environment and ensure common areas are clean and in repair
• perform preventive maintenance
• recommend capital improvements
• respond to service requests within 24 hours
• inspect competing properties
• order repair parts
• and educate staff on safety and OSHA guidelines.
