What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered and competency requirements are met
• assist with transfers, ambulation, exercises, and range-of-motion procedures when ordered and competency requirements are met
• do patient laundry
• follow the care plan
• communicate with clients, families, and the office
• document and report changes in patient condition
• support home safety and emergency procedures.
