What you'll do
- Gather information for quotes and prepare bid and proposal status reports
- assemble RFQ packages and bidding documents
- research bid specifications and resolve discrepancies
- assist with subcontractor sourcing
- draft and send quotes
- communicate with suppliers, customers, and coworkers
- identify material and time requirements
- organize RFQ files
- track new jobs to bid from sources including SAM.gov and PIEE.
