Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager role is onsite in Lincoln, RI, with compensation of $70,000–$90,000 per year. The position leads the plant’s maintenance and equipment reliability function and partners with Process Engineering and Operations. The role exists to improve equipment reliability through engineering-led troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive and predictive maintenance. It leads the maintenance team and works to keep plant equipment capable, safe, and available.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians
• analyze recurring failures using root-cause methods and reliability data
• design or specify equipment fixes
• build preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• manage uptime and maintenance metrics
• partner on rebuilds, retrofits, and capital equipment specifications
• manage parts inventory, vendors, documentation, safety, and maintenance budgets.
