What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, night deposits, and mail transactions
• assist with cashier’s checks, money orders, and new account setup
• balance cash drawers
• manage vault cash and prepare Federal Reserve shipments
• identify customer needs and refer opportunities
• support branch operations and comply with banking regulations and internal policies. May assist with ATM balancing, safe deposit services, and Customer Service Representative coverage.
