Business Program Manager - Customer-Facing & Strategic Programs

The Business Program Manager - Customer-Facing & Strategic Programs role is onsite in Santa Clara, CA, with a pay range of $100,000–$125,000 per year. What you'll do

• Serve as primary customer contact throughout program lifecycles
• maintain customer relationships and resolve issues
• coordinate RFQ requirements and submissions
• lead customer meetings and updates
• track milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies
• align Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance
• manage escalations
• prepare executive reports and presentations
• identify partnership and operational improvement opportunities.

Why this role
