The Construction Superintendent – Healthcare Projects role is onsite in Lansing, MI, with work across the Lansing and Grand Rapids areas. Pay is $125,000–$135,000 per year. The superintendent leads healthcare construction and renovation projects for Reliance One. The role exists to direct jobsite operations and keep projects on schedule, safe, and aligned with quality requirements. It coordinates subcontractors, materials, inspections, and client communication while tracking progress and resolving issues through project closeout.

What you'll do

• Review contracts, drawings, schedules, and requirements with the Project Manager
• establish site-specific plans and the jobsite office
• coordinate deliveries, staging, subcontractors, and trade schedules
• maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans
• lead progress and pre-construction meetings
• track activities and updates in Procore
• follow up on RFIs and assist with schedule recovery
• maintain quality standards
• lead safety training, inspections, reporting, and compliance
• coordinate officials, inspections, closeout, and punch lists
• maintain client relationships.

Why this role

Requires at least five years as a Construction Superintendent and five years with hospital, medical office, and occupied-hospital renovation projects. Experience coordinating 7–15 trade contractors and projects involving up to 120 workers is specified. ASHE CHC certification or willingness to obtain it is accepted.
