What you'll do

• Call and partner with mortgage brokers and bankers
• make 50–75 outbound calls per day
• conduct email and marketing campaigns
• learn product guidelines and present loan programs
• assess proposed loan viability
• assist with loan submissions
• follow up on outstanding closing conditions
• help move loans promptly to closing
• manage broker approvals, education, and service questions.
