Under RN supervision, the Telemetry Technician provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of the Parkridge Health System. Works closely with the nursing care team to deliver the nursing process effectively.

What you'll do

• Interpret Rhythms and Arrhythmias.
• Report all changes in heart rate/rhythm to appropriate nursing staff.
• Maintain Telemetry Supplies.
• Record patient condition utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Perform duties with full understanding of related age specific factors.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a monitor tech in a hospital setting
