What you'll do

• Welcome patients in person and by phone
• manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out
• enter and update patient information in the EMR
• verify demographics and insurance information
• collect co-pays
• assist with administrative and reporting tasks
• answer patient and insurance calls
• help patients navigate clinic visits
• organize supplies and inventory
• help maintain a clean environment, including sanitizing treatment tables and assisting with laundry
• protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements and clinic policies
• support the clinical team’s daily administrative needs.
