What you'll do

• Supervise at least 10 advanced practice providers
• co-direct clinical, operational, and administrative initiatives with service-line leadership
• conduct staff meetings
• review practice and cases with physicians
• respond to patient and family complaints
• orient and educate staff
• participate in hiring, evaluation, coaching, mentoring, and discipline
• coordinate scheduling and quality improvement
• support financial planning and regulatory compliance
• provide 24-hour administrator on-call coverage for the service line.
