What you'll do

• Maintain service flow and standards for ticket times, food quality, plating specifications, and guest modifications
• ensure orders meet guest satisfaction and are visually appealing
• complete daily safety and sanitation checks
• communicate information relevant to guest satisfaction
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
• maintain working relationships with team members and guests
• uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
