What you'll do

• Copy and distribute engineering shop orders
• process requests for engineering documentation
• retrieve, reproduce, and distribute documents
• enter engineering documents into software under direction
• maintain and update filing systems
• organize information
• sort and distribute mail
• draft routine written or email responses
• support ongoing and special projects
• prepare and proofread correspondence, charts, tables, graphs, and business plans.
