What you'll do

• Assist the CFO with accurate financial records, reconciliations, book analysis, quarterly audit packs, sales tax returns, physician accounts-receivable billings, journal entries, general-ledger review, construction-in-progress accounts, fixed assets, and depreciation reconciliation.
• Support month-end close review, analysis, action planning, KPI monitoring, annual budgeting, routine forecasting, and audit compliance for GME and Lab operations.
• Provide employee training and performance management, communicate hospital updates, support departmental operations, and manage staffing levels and expenses.

Why this role
